Speaking or dealing with the banking sometimes we also get some problems that make have some dispute with the banking. But here if you’re sure and believe that the bank has made a mistake with you maybe this is a problem that you should find the way out. Sometimes find the right way out that we should use here are difficult and maybe this can be a tricky too but we should sure and believe that we can solve this problems because actually if we have surement in our live we will easy to find the way out.

But first that we should understand are what kind of disputes that become problem for us that we usually confused to solved. Actually if we speak about disputes maybe this problems could come from you but maybe this probles is also comes from bank mistakes. Perhaps you are sure that you did not make a payment on your account, or you believe your bank has incorrectly charged you a penalty fee. Your bank could even have calculated your balance wrong or wrongly removed money from your account.

After you understands the problems so the next steps are get things in writing because usually this for make sure everything about the prosedure and a reason from bank in writing. This also way to mediation because this could be a proof if you have to doing some complain at the bank.

Beside that if you have some disputed with your bank please read the small print the make sure that you read all your policies in detail before you doing some protesting, because if you not read it carefully and you make some complain you will have an protesting from a bank. And if you find that this all are the bank mistakes you should face it with cooling down and not face it with aggressive because this posible make your posision bad at the bank. Especially if you threatening or abussive words at the bank staff or etc. Please don’t do this things, OK….because this meke posible that the bank will ignore you.

To solve this disputing problems there any two ways, first are with writing or over the phoned claimed and if with this ways there still no way out, maybe you can try to comes to the banks and doing some face to face and try to talk with the bank. This will help you to get a better idea of what the problem is and hopefully reach a mutually agreeable solution.
