Encourage Ways To be Smarter With Money For Your Children’s

If we speak about children and money, whether they related…the answer is yes. Because between children need money to fulfil their needs, but here the more important point are children can’t manage their money very well. I can say like this because actually they have no idea of the value of money, and they like to spend money as soon as possible.

So things that you should doing here are how to teach them as soon as you can, this means that you should taught from an early age to understand the value of money. Even teach our children is need a long times but this need to tried because you want to make our children becomes more nice and also more understand about money.

Here you need some ways to encourage our children in learn and they could be more responsibilities with their money, such as when your children is grow up and start to learn count, you should introduce to them about the early concept about money and how to play money. After they understand about the theories that you was told them , so here you must involve them about how to save money and also spend money wisely.

After they involved in save and also spend money wisely, here you also must told them about how is the ways to spend money wisely is with making some differences about what are they really need and what are they really want, this will make them understand about making decisions. Well this are the early process in doing savings.

If they can controlled in spend their money, so the next steps is trying to explain about saving at banks and what is the funtion. Show your children the benefit of saving money, demonstrate how money grows in a bank through interest and you can reward your childrens saving habits by paying them interest at the end of every month. And if you have plan to make some account for your children, don’t forget to involved them seeing the proceed in opening new accounts.

How about shopping, hmm….if you a parents that always have some shopping addict and always going shopping with your childrens and they usually ask to buy this and that, well, here you should make some explanations that if buying a lot of things (toys or food), please tried to says that this is a bad habbit and the things is not good for them. And tell them that this is an extravagance.

Actually teach your children the value of money, setting them achievable goals is a great way to help children learn the value of money. For example, providing extra help around the house could earn bonus pocket money, or a monetary reward for achieving good grades can help children to become more responsible for their futures. Besides that involve your children in family discussion about household finances and answer any questions they have truthfully.
