An accounting system provides the information to run the company, at the owners fingertips. The system includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, order entry, inventory control, cost accounting, payroll and fixed assets accounting and also the general ledger shows transactions in four different categories.

The informations in the accountig business should be accuray, relevancy and simpicy an accounting system should be set up so this couldn’t spend your time. Beside that accounting is an important side of business and deal with he computary programs, such as Ms Excel that the people who handles the accounting programs, shoul be understand and ability to install and operate it.

In setting up an accounting system you need to know what types of accounting transactions are involved and what entries are to be made along the way. Most company cycles follow these steps, purchase raw materials, enter them into the inventory, begin the manufacturing process, enter goods in the process inventory, pay suppliers and employees, complete the manufacturing process, enter goods into the finished goods inventory, sell the inventory and collect payments.

Actually if you has doing your business and want to be success in your business you should placed the right people at the accounting part because people in the accounting part should take all things related to accounting and must also be careful in doing the work because accuracy is required in doing this task. Here because even though an accounting only enter data only, but a small mistake can make a big loss for the company.
